Hi guys
I have a HP ENVY 15t-j000 laptop running windows 10. I have a DVB-T USB dongle with IT9135 bda driver and it was working without any problem until I updated the windows to the anniversary edition and after that it doesn't work. The device is detected in device manager and there is no warning sign on it. Also in DVBviewer program in the hardware section in settings it is detected but when I want to scan for channels it gives me error with the message ' No hardware found'. How can it possible that a device is being detected and shown in the program but says No hardware found. In addition I have tested another program named Sichbopvr. In that program the device is detected too but when scanning for channels, it says: 'Device problem'. I have tested my device on tablet and it works well so this error is not due to the device malfunction. I have troubleshooted the device in 'devices and printers' and it says : 'USB composite device is an older USB device and might not work with USB 3.0'. I have tested all the USB ports and the result was the same. I am using the same USB port as before so the port is also not the problem. I think something is interrupting my device from working. Also I know if something uses the device so it can not work on any program. Maybe something is using the device and prevent it from working. Furthermore I have spotted some errors in event viewer with the event id of 121. I don't know if it is related to the problem.
