Now, Dr Pimple Popper - whose real name is Dr Sandra Lee, 47 - has announced she will be launching a new board game after already landing a TLC show to air her grotesque pops.

The new board game, entitled Pimple Pete, creates anxiety similar to that of Operation where the person has to extract pull-able pimples from the board. But if Pete's head rocks back and forth too much, pus-like water erupts from a mega-zit in the center.

Bursts of fun: Dr Lee, 47, launched a new board game entitled Pimple Pete. The goal is for the player to extract as many fake zits as possible

Be careful! The board game is similar to the anxiety in Operation because if someone wobbles Pete's head too much, the middle zit will burst with water

What makes the board game different from operation is that Pimple Pete is upright on a platform to mirror a human head.

The board then moves back and forth as the player attempts to take out the zits that are scattered across Pete's face.

Children who play the game after be very careful when extracting the different zits from Pete in order to avoid the spray of water from the center pimple.

The game has been created in collaboration with Spin Master, a leading toy brand for children. But unfortunately it will not be released until August for anyone who is itching to extract some fake pimples.

The California-based dermatologist has also launched a new TV show on TLC after her YouTube videos continued to grow in popularity with more than 3.9 million subscribers.

The TLC show, entitled Dr Pimple Popper, follows the doctor through her medical practice as she tackles difficult skin growths and helps her patients reclaim their lives.

During the series premiere of the show, which aired Wednesday, Dr Lee extracted a lipoma on the back of a female's neck.

Melissa said she tried to cover up the lipoma for years by wearing sweatshirts because she became embarrassed about its size.

Dr Lee worked with the patient to extract the entire lump so she could go back to living her regular life.
